Paul joined Robert Leech in 1993 to set up and run the Country House & Equestrian Estates division of the business, which subsequently became Private Estates. Formally Paul was Director of a national estate agency chain and he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is married with a daughter and son. In his spare time he is well known for conducting high profile charity auctions, having worked on behalf of International organisations.

With over 21 years experience in the Surrey property market, Emma brings a wealth of expertise to the Private Estates team. Emma excels in client liaision and is a tenacious yet compassionate negotiator.
Born and raised in Reigate and the surrounding villages, Emma’s enviable network of contacts combined with her encyclopedic knowledge of the area makes her a formidable force.
