Referral Fees

We are pleased to offer our customers a range of additional services to help them with moving home. None of these services are obligatory and you are free to use service providers of your choice. If you decide to use our services, we confirm that this will not increase the fees you pay to our service providers, which remain as quoted directly to you.

If you choose to use a service provider recommended by Robert Leech Estate Agents Ltd, we will receive the following referral fees which are all subject to the addition of VAT.

• Conveyancing Services through The Partnership Solicitors, we receive an average fee of one hundred pounds on completion of the sale. For Conveyancing Services through Mayo, Wynne and Baxter we receive a fee of one hundred pounds on completion of the sale.
• Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) receive procuration fees from mortgage lenders and commission from insurance companies in the event of a successful transaction. As the amounts involved vary according to each specific mortgage case, MAB customers will receive confirmation of these fees upon instruction and again as soon as the exact amounts are known.
• Fairstone Mortgage Solutions Ltd receive procuration fees from mortgage lenders and commission from insurance companies in the event of a successful transaction. As the amounts involved vary according to each specific mortgage case, Fairstone Mortgage Solutions Ltd customers will receive confirmation of these fees upon instruction and again as soon as the exact amounts are known.
• Lettings: Our Lettings department receives fees from Van Mildert for recommending rent guarantee insurance. We receive an average fee of thirty pounds.
