Colin Barwick – Land

Colin founded his Estate Agency in Warlingham in the mid-1980s and ran it successfully for nearly 30 years. He then shifted his focus to Land and New Homes, specialising in identifying development opportunities and offering tailored marketing services to developers in North East Surrey. Building strong relationships with top house builders, Colin joined Robert Leech Land and New Homes in 2021 to bolster the team and enhance their new homes department. His goal is to broaden their operational scope and deliver exceptional marketing services while uncovering fresh opportunities for clients.

Lydia Coleman – New Homes

Lydia joined Robert Leech Estate Agents in 2021 and brought with her a wealth of experience built up over the previous 10 years specialising in the area of land and new homes. Lydia’s early career working in senior marketing roles for international luxury brands, has allowed her to draw on her skills to work creatively with our in-house marketing team to effectively market new homes. In addition, Lydia is a key contributor to identifying potential new development sites and works closely with established builders throughout the whole house building process.

Charlotte Simons – Marketing

Before joining Robert Leech, Charlotte started and still runs a successful graphic design business, focusing on all aspects of new homes marketing; creating collateral throughout the lifecycle of a new homes development. Her client base includes Riverdale Development, Asprey Homes & Chartwell Design to name but a few.

Emma West

With over 21 years experience in the Surrey property market, Emma brings a wealth of expertise to the Private Estates team. Emma excels in client liaison and is a tenacious yet compassionate negotiator. Born and raised in Reigate and the surrounding villages, Emma’s enviable network of contacts combined with her encyclopaedic knowledge of the area makes her a formidable force.
